Delivery & Local Pick Up

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney. Prior to your delivery, you will receive a notification from us confirming the delivery date. On the day of delivery, stay tuned for real-time tracking updates from our courier.

Upon delivery, if you notice any damages to the box or packaging when the delivery personnel hand over the goods, please always inspect the product before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). |

Reporting damages |
If you discover any damages after receiving the item, it is imperative that you report them to us within 2 business days from the time provided on the POD. This timeframe is crucial to allow us to address your concerns promptly and effectively. |

Please be aware that we will not be able to accept any damage reports made after 2 business days. from the time indicated on the POD. This policy is in place to ensure a timely resolution for any issues that may arise. |
* For bulky / fragile items. We are sorry that we are unable to deliver outside of the Sydney Metro area, due to the fragile nature of such items and using third party courier. Delivery is available within the Sydney Metro area for $95 per Delivery (Mon-Fri only)
* We do not deliver to PO boxes, unit, or apartment addresses. Please provide an alternative address if possible. If you do not have a suitable delivery address, you can pick up your order from our warehouse at Unit 23, 51 Nelson Road, Yennora NSW 2161 (please make an appointment before coming). We will issue a refund for shipping charges if you pick up your order.
* Please confirm if there will be someone available at the provided delivery address to receive the product. Please note that delivery driver may be alone and may require assistance with unloading larger goods from the truck.

* Please provide your name and contact number to get a reference number for your quote, keep accurate records, and ensure the best discount price. The reference number ensures our offer is valid when you pick up.

Returns & Refunds
We accept change-of-mind returns for items in resellable condition within 10 business day after receipet Please do not return items without obtaining instructions from us. Applicable freight fees and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Normal products incur a 15% restocking fee if unopened and resellable; installed, damaged, or customized items are non-refundable. Specially ordered products incur a 25% restocking fee if unopened and resellable; installed, damaged, or customized items are non-refundable.
Refunds are subject to approval. Damaged goods, special price items, bundled items, and customized items are non-refundable. No returns accepted after installation. Defective goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded per manufacturers' conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
